Is there a way for my order(s) to be expedited?
It will depend on the product and what facility it’s routed to. Normally, we can and will try to fulfill products as soon as they come in by routing them to whichever facility has more capacity. However, in case some products can only be fulfilled in a definite facility, they must wait in line while others may get fulfilled faster as we route them to backup facilities.
Note that if you change an order, it will be pushed to the back of the queue, which may cause delays.
