If your product is damaged or defected, please do as following:

Take 1-2 photos that clearly zoom the damaged parts or defects of the product and the product’s box (if it is also damaged).
Email us ASAP at [email protected] with the Subject “Return: Damaged/Defected [Order number]“. We will work with the provider to resolve the issue and back within 24 hours.
