When can you change or cancel your order?

If you wish to make adjustments to your order, please contact [email protected] with your order number and the adjustments you want to make. We will confirm after the adjustment or cancellation has been done.

You just can change or cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. After this point, the order cannot be canceled since it has been locked for processing.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are specifically designed according to your requirements, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item you received has a serious problem. This occurs when the item is:

  1. Significantly different from the sample or description that was presented to you;
  2. Damaged due to our manufacturer or the carrier’s fault;
  3. Not the products you ordered;
  4. Lost in transit (more than 14 days from the latest update in the tracking link).

Contact us at [email protected] to begin the Return & Refund process. Please provide us the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Video or photos of the damaged/faulty products
  • Detailed photos of front and back product
  • Information of the shipping label

Please remember that our policy only allows for return or refund requests within 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a replacement or refund if 30 days have passed after you received your item.

Note:

If the product is received in normal condition, MugsKOK does not accept returns or a refund in case you change your mind after receiving the product that you ordered.

We take no responsibility for any lost or misdirected packages. Before submitting your order, please double-check that all the information you have provided is accurate to avoid mail losses or any mistakes.

Any unsuccessful delivery caused by a customer’s error in providing the shipping address or by the customer’s absence, as well as any product loss brought on by the security of the customer’s home (so long as the shipping company certifies that the order was delivered), are not eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We try our best to review refund requests within 24 business hours. Refunds that valid are processed right away. However depending on your payment method, it can take 3-5 business days for them to arrive on your statement.
